Same Day Replacement
Should you need to replace any servers parts, we offer a same day replacement service at competitive prices, with real time gps tracking of our service van driving to the wholesalers to pick up the part, heading back to Saxon House, and then live audio/video feed Intelligent Hands in real time, on-line as our Engineer undertakes the repair. We have the technology. The client can monitor and advise in real time. A simple, real, practical application of web technology to save our customers time, money and thereby achieve a carbon footprint saving.

Our Saxon House Data Centre is a freehold property owned outright by our shareholders. The location is discrete, but not isolated, based in a small commercial trading estate in Cheltenham, home of GCHQ. Tangible security measures are optimal. Our policy is not to disclose our security systems, for obvious reasons!

Hosting via Colocation essentially means that the important data on the servers is securely located in a centre that is off-site. Because of this Colocation has many advantages over hosting your servers in your own building.
